MANAGEMENT
The Obzor Black Sea, Beach & Spa Resort, is managed by Bulgarian based corporation AGK 2000, who has assembled a highly experienced team of developers for this project. AGK’s team and associates, involved in the project, have over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry in Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Eastern Europe, Russia, and over 6 years of experience in Bulgaria.
The preliminary design has been assigned to the Swedish architectural firm Interarch, renowned for its award wining resort hotels on the Black sea. The construction phase is supervised by a project management firm, experienced in the local and foreign markets, to ensure that the highest quality pursued is met.
The Obzor Black Sea Beach & Spa Resort is one of several investment projects undertaken by our company related to the elite hotel and resort development in Europe with the cooperation of “Transstroybank”.
“Transstroybank” has completed in the successfully several projects, as well as is involved in the financing of other – alone or with the participation of foreign companies and financial institutions.
