  • Loan period: from 5 to 25 years
  • Interest rate: 7%
  • Minimum loan amount: 20 000 ЕUR
  • Maximum loan amount: 200 000 EUR
  • Мinimum amount of the first instalment: 30% from the valuation of the apartment
  • Minimum age of the borrower: 21
  • Маximum age of the borrower: not older than 65 to the moment of the full repayment of the loan
  • Minimum annual income of the borrower: 20 000 ЕUR


List of the documents on behalf of the developer/investor required by the bank:

Loan for the purchase of an separate unit in a residential building under construction.

а) preliminary contract for the purchase and sale
b) valid sketch from the regulatory plan issued by the competent municipal body;
c) architectural drawings of the floor on which the apartment is situated, certified by the general contractor, together with an explanatory note, estimations of the prices and areas of the particular unit;
d) construction permission;
e) protocols for the establishment of a construction site and level;
f) title deed for the land or for the transfer of the construction right;
g) certificate of good standing of the seller;
h) resolution for the sale of the particular property, issued by a competent body of the seller, in case he performs the sale;
