Construction stages

The construction of the resort shall be performed in 3 stages. The staging is envisaged in a way that the different phases enter in operation as soon as its completion.

The first phase will include the development of the hotel, one residential module (216 apartments) of the main structure, the conference facility, the swimming pools and the outdoor sport facilities.

The second construction stage consists of the next modules of the apartment building, the parking lot and the sport hall.

The third stage will include the administrative building and the remaining part of the recreational facilities.

The start of the construction works is planned for Autumn 2008. The first stage will be completed in 2010, the second – in 2011, and the third – in 2012.
