About the complex

The complex Obzor

The Obzor Black Sea, Beach & Spa Resort consists of a hotel, two residential buildings, a parking building, sport hall and facilities, restaurants, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an administrative building and a shopping mall.

The 5-star hotel has 188 luxury guest rooms. The hotel building is situated on the southwestern part of the property. All guest rooms have are directly overlooking the sea, for they are situated on the eastern side of the building. The main access to the hotel is from the street leading to the resort entrance.

The two residential buildings consist of 868 apartments. The main residential building consists of 3 modules, including 12 sections; the second building – has 3 sections. The residential is located all along the west border of the site.

The apartment owners and the hotel guests may benefit from the envisaged multi-floor parking lot with 616 parking spaces. On the first floor, the shopping mall will be located.

The sport hall and facilities are situated next to the parking building.

The administrative building is situated in the north-west part of the site. The restaurants, the recreational facilities and the other water attractions are scattered all around the resort.


The construction of the resort shall be performed in 3 stages. The staging is envisaged in a way that the different phases enter in operation as soon as its completion.
