What does certificate №14, №15, №16 mean?



Certificate № 14 - certifies the completion of building stage at rough construction, including foundations, roof and all supplies to the building. Certificate № 15 – certifies completion of construction works at all levels. Should be signed by all parts that where involved in the construction process, architects, investors and owners in order to approve and accept all the stages of the construction works and used building materials according to the local legislation. Certificate № 16 – issued by the Government body that takes care of the construction control and approves inhabitance permission for the building.
